Meeting Point International, a subsidiary of FTI Group, the fourth largest tour operator in Germany, is a global company providing destination management services for travel professionals. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Employee relations
  • Policy development and documentation in line with Maltese employment regulations
  • Recruitment and retention
  • Employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment and training
  • Performance management

Your qualities:

  • Self-motivated
  • A “can do” attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Perseverant
  • Assertive

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, within a medium-sized organisation, coupled with a degree in human resources, psychology or related field
  • A sound understanding of Maltese employment law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
