This position is responsible for conducting reservation functions by assisting clients in making, altering, and canceling reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System entry of incoming reservations and bookings as per SOP and SLAs.
- Confirm vendor or internal supplier confirmations within agreed timelines.
- Identify and communicate any special handling instructions to the relevant operational teams.
- Identify any issues with costing or pricing within the reservation/booking.
- Handling availability and pricing requests received from clients.
- Process cancellations, no-shows, and booking amendments in line with SOP.
- On-shift support to Contact Centre.
Key Skills:
- Excellent conversational Standard English level.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge / Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry and on-the-job practical training.
