This position is responsible for conducting reservation functions by assisting clients in making, altering, and canceling reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System entry of incoming reservations and bookings as per SOP and SLAs.
  • Confirm vendor or internal supplier confirmations within agreed timelines.
  • Identify and communicate any special handling instructions to the relevant operational teams.
  • Identify any issues with costing or pricing within the reservation/booking.
  • Handling availability and pricing requests received from clients.
  • Process cancellations, no-shows, and booking amendments in line with SOP.
  • On-shift support to Contact Centre.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent conversational Standard English level.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry and on-the-job practical training.

  • Structured working.
